Zeljko Karajica has held various management positions within the ProSiebenSat. 1 Group since 2012. Since July 2016, he has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of 7Sports and is responsible for the Group's entire sports business. Elmar Krick has worked for NBCUNIVERSAL INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS since 2005. As Brand Director he is responsible for the design of the On Air and marketing performances of all stations of NBCUNIVERSAL INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS in Germany. On national and international festivals and creative competitions he and his team have won numerous awards. Other important stations in his career were the Walt Disney Company (Germany), PLAZAMEDIA and the trade magazine KEYS, which he co-designed as deputy editor. Krick studied music at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Dusseldorf and is Dipl.-Ing. (FH) for audio and video engineering.

Lars Wagner (42) is responsible for the entire Disney family of channels in free and pay TV in Germany as General Manager Disney Channel. This includes the broadly aligned Free TV Disney Channel, launched in January 2014 with new positioning, as well as the pay TV channels Disney Junior, Disney XD and Disney Cinemagic.

Wagner has been at Disney since 2008 has held positions such as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Publishing for GSA in addition to his TV functions. Prior to joining Disney, he worked at Discovery Networks Germany, where he was Channel Director for the entire station portfolio from 2005 including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery History and DMAX.

Jo and Alan are the founding directors of James&Wilkinson Media (JWM), a company established in April 2011 to help fill the void in the shortage of media planning skills found within the broadcasting arena. In 1998 they started working together at the BBC where they were responsible for the on-air media strategy, planning and implementation of all of the BBC’s marketing across their vast array of public service TV, Radio & online services. In 2011, Jo & Alan founded JWM, offering amongst its services, consultancy and training. In the relatively short period of time since launch JWM have worked with broadcasters in over twenty countries across four contintents.
